Each caplet contains a pain reliever called Magnesium Salicylate Tetrahydrate, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works to temporarily reduce pain and inflammation. Adults experiencing back pain should take 2 caplets with a full glass of water every 6 hours, not to exceed 8 caplets in 24 hours.*
